Senior Loan – £13.5m

Loan to support the development of Seren Studios, a c.257,000 sq. ft purpose built production studio complex including c.65,000 sq. ft of office and 40,000 sq. ft of ancillary space.  The completed development will support 400 – 750 jobs and deliver more than £30m spend in the local economy.  The Borrower is Great Point Studios Limited.
